70.3 Vineman 2010

1.25 Mile Swim / 56.1 Mile Bike / 13.1 Mile Run - 5 hrs 50 min and 15 sec! I'll load some pictures soon! You can check my results and some official information out at Vineman.com. My bib number was 236. I will load some more pictures shortly. Here are a few. The kids made signs and cheered me on as I came in from the bike, exited to start the run and finished. My goal time was 6 hrs flat, so I am very happy with the time and relieved to be done!

Cincinnati Trip Summer 2010

Lots of fun in Cincinnati this year. Very hot weather so we spent a lot of time in and around water. We also wore the kids out one day and they all were asleep in the back, our first peaceful car ride in a long time!
