Triathlon
Completed the bike portion at 1:58 and left the transition area for the run at 2:00 even. We crossed the finish line at 2:57:00 (subtract 30 min due to which heat we started in).
I was signalling to Susan only 1 more loop as the run course was a two loop course.

The start of the swim cool as Scott Tinley was in our heat and he started the race. I finished the swim in around 29 min and made it out on the bike by 32 which included running up about a 100yard boat ramp in bare feet!

Scott Tinley's Adventures - Olympic Distance (1mi swim / 26.1 mi bike / 6.1 mi run).
The race was near Pismo Beach which is where we all stayed the night before. Early in the morning when we left it was 40 degress - we thought it would be an uncomfortable day, but it turned out to be beautiful.
